A woman dressed in a costume that would appear to represent businesses and products of Wisconsin. Her very tall hat has a world globe on the top and the word "Wisconsin" around the brim. Words describing the products of Wisconsin wind around the hat. Ribbons dangling on both sides of her face have the names of Wisconsin companies, Parker Pen Co., Pfister & Vogel, Caterpillar Tractor, Allis Chalmers, an Iron Works Company, etc. She is wearing a sandwich board sign that reads, "World Trade Ia A Two-Way Seaway."
