Tonyawatha Spring Hotel

In the lower left is someone paddling a canoe. The hotel, on the east shore of the lake, was located in Blooming Grove Township, just outside of Madison. The hotel opened in 1879. On July 31, 1895, the hotel was destroyed by a fire.
