Tall-tale Postcard: Background with Men on Ramp

Image

Photographic mock-up for an Alfred Stanley Johnson photomontage postcard. Two men walk up a ramp leading into a railroad car. Both men are pushing large invisible objects. Johnson would have inserted images of giant vegetables in these vacant spots. The side of the train car says, "Chicago, Milwaukee and Saint Paul."
