Holiday card with Santa Claus holding a candy cane, surrounded by many symbols of the season: angels, stars, candles, birds, stockings, ornaments, gifts, bells, a Christmas tree, a horn and foliage. On the inside (not shown) is the text "Greetings and Best Wishes for a very Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year." The card was sent by a lobbyist, Max Lupkin, Public Relations Director, Joint Handicapped Council, Brooklin, N.Y. On the left side is a rubber stamp that reads: "Pressure Passage of Keogh Bill HR 424."
