Gauer and Bloch: Reaction to Ruess's Defeat
circa 1940-1949
Gauer and Bloch reacting to Ruess's campaign defeat. Gauer worked full time on the campaign, but Bloch was an occasional help. According to Gauer, Ruess was "very German" and hard to get along with.
