Experimental Four-Row Planter

Image

Engineering photograph of an experimental four-row planter. The original caption reads: "In this four-row planter development the seeding mechanism was driven by the power take-off and a power-lift in connection with the winch arrangement raised and lowered the planting unit. The location of the seat placed the operator's back uncomfortably close to the motor. This job did not get past the experimental stage."
