Rake Wheels on McCormick Works Shipping Platform

Two workers among hundreds of hay rake wheels stacked on a shipping platform next to rail cars at the McCormick Reaper Works. The factory was owned by the McCormick Harvesting Machine Company until 1902 when it became the International Harvester Company's "McCormick Works". The factory was located at Blue Island and Western Avenues in the Chicago subdivision called "Canalport". It was closed in 1961.
