The Donald property is located on a very high hill. The old silo dates to 1911. The Department of Natural Resources owns and uses the old barn.

Dale and Pam Dyer with Elisa (8) and Napoleon, the dog, live at N7863 Hwy P (Section 27). The Dyers, who moved here in 1989, have a host of animals, including llamas. The barn was built in 1902.
