Accessing Collections
The vast majority of the items in our collections are not online. The Society owns thousands of archival collections viewable in our Archives reading room. To view and conduct research in our collections, visit us in person.
Mork Farm
2004
The Mork property is landlocked. Laura has to drive on a neighbors property to reach Hwy 175.
Geiger Barn
2004
Allen Geiger purchased the barn & small acreage in 1988. The address is N8658 Hwy 175.
Christian Barn — Exterior
2004
LaValle Christian lives at N7411 Hwy 175 (Section 36). Her granddaughter Adela Kerske (6), and dog Chelsey posed for the picture.
Bonack Barn — Exterior
2004
Peter and Donna Bonack live at W2282 Hwy TW (Section 6). They have lived here 7 years. Lawrence and Ester Neitzel were previous owners.
Zastrow Barn — Exterior
2004
Wally and Bonita Zastrow live at W2139 Hwy 28/67 (Section 17). Bonita holds Bruno, the dog, and Wally holds Floppy, the rabbit.
Grantman Barn — Exterior
circa 2000-2009
This farm, at 1728 Hwy 28 (Section 17) is currently owned by "Gordie" Grantman. Gordie acquired the property on April 22, 1977 and moved onto the farm in October, 1989.
