Left fielder Wes Covington of the Milwaukee Braves hits a pop up in 1957. Recalled from the Braves' Wichita farm team in mid-June, Covington hit 21 home runs and batted .284 for the 1957 season. He made two outstanding defensive plays in the 1957 World Series.
