Hugh Flannery Receives $100 War Bond

With a backdrop of celebrity portrait photographs and stacks of coins on his desk, Hugh Flannery, manager of the Orpheum Theatre, is receiving a $100 War Bond. The bonds were issued by the federal government to help finance World War II.
