Boots Wall, Ernest Truex, Owen Moore, and Mary Pickford in "Caprice"

Image

Edith Henderson (played by Boots Wall) has her eyes covered by two young men as Jack Henderson (Owen Moore) kisses Mercy Baxter (Mary Pickford) on a bench in the rose garden. The original caption printed on the photograph is "The Co-Operative Kiss," while the back of the photograph carries the caption in pencil, "And Mercy's husband fell in love with his wife again." The young man between Boots Wall and Owen Moore appears to be Ernest Truex in his first film role, playing Wally Henderson.
