Von Stiehl Winery

Color photographic postcard of the exterior to the Von Stiehl Winery building. The Italianate structure was built in 1868 on what is now called South Water Street by mason Thomas Bacon. The brewery and warehouse was later used as the site to manufacture fly nets. The building fell into disrepair in the 1960s, but was later restored and turned into a winery. Today, the owners produce wine made out of Door County cherries.
