Just the place for anyone afflicted with Rheumatic ailments, such as Sciatica, Neuritis, Gout, Lumbago, Neuralgia, Inflammatory, Muscular, Arthritis, Articular, and other forms. Wonderful results had in the treatment of Diabetes, High Blood Pressure, etc. Waukesha Mineral Spring Water, world renowned for its purity, flows continually at our fountain and is also used in connection with Moor (Mud) and other baths. Buildings absolutely fireproof. A splendid and well-kept golf course; Saddle riding and splendid opportunities for motoring through picturesque Lake Region. Rates very reasonable. For detailed information, write: John Weber, Jr., Manager, Waukesha, Wis., Telpehone [sic] 31 or 463." A man applies more heated mud to a visitor in a Moor (Mud) Couch as part of a “regenerative” treatment. The Moor (Mud) Baths were located at The Grand View Health Resort which opened in 1911.
