Emmitt Vaughner, 19, of 3571 N. 15th st., a junior at Lincoln senior high school was being interviewed. The dialog occurred Tuesday afternoon before approximately 25 senior speech pupils and a closed circuit television camera at Lincoln high school, 820 E. Knapp st."
