Jesus Salas at Waushara Courthouse Rally

Jesus Salas, in a white shirt and standing in front of the microphone with his arm raised, addresses a rally at the top of the steps in front of Waushara Courthouse. Above him hangs a National Farm Workers Association (NFWA) banner with an Aztec eagle symbol at the center. Salas is the leader of Oberos Unidos (United Workers,an independent farm worker labor union effort in the 1960s. Salas is between two columns with Obreros Unidos signs that say "Juntarnos para ser reconocidos. Hablar para ser oidos. La raza tiene causa"/ "Join to be recognized. Speak to be heard. The people have a cause." The column on the left has an image of our Lady of Guadalupe.
