Map Showing Settlements Along the Fox River Five Miles Inland From Green Bay

This photocopied map shows private claim owners, buildings, and land use along the last five miles of the Fox River in 1818. There are also two inset illustrations. One is captioned: "A view of the Fox River and the settlements thereon taken from the upper windows of Fort Howard, 1818." The lower inset shows the stockade of Fort Howard. Relief is shown by hachures.
