1999- "This two-and-one-half-story frame vernacular building was built c. 1910 and has a steep pyramidal roof with gabled dormers. The roof is covered with asphalt shingles, and the building is sided in brick-patterned composite asphalt shingles. A two-story bay protrudes from the east facade. Decorative fishscale shingles remain in the dormers and gable ends, revealing the original Queen Anne style influences. The front porch has a low-pitched hip roof that has been enclosed, and a small concrete stoop that provides access to the entry. Windows in the porch addition are six-over-six double hung sash. Other windows are one-over-one double hung replacements.
