Additional Comments The newly inventoried building is a two-story Cross Gable residence with a rock-face concrete block foundation,
clapboard siding, and a corner two-story tower with a conical roof. Based on its style and material, it appears
to date to ca. 1900. The main entrance is located in an enclosed porch with a shed roof in the northeast corner of the
house. The house is lit with one-over-one double hung windows. A cream brick chimney rises from the center of the
building.

The house was evaluated under Criterion C. It retains integrity of form and setting, although some alterations have been
made. The porch has been enclosed, and many of the windows have been replaced. The corner tower and irregular
massing suggest Queen Anne influences, but the house does not exhibit other details characteristic of the style. Because it
lacks architectural distinction, it is not eligible under Criterion C. A literature search did not reveal information to suggest
significance under Criteria A or B. The house is not eligible for the National Register. A Determination of Eligibility is
not recommended.
