Additional Comments This two-story, gable-ell house was constructed c.1890. It is of frame construction, is sheathed in clapboard with minimal stickwork detailing, and has a T-plan on a stone foundation. The cross-gable roof is covered with asphalt shingles and features an interior brick chimney and a wood king post in the front-facing (south) gable. The facade’s two-story bay window features a square, fixed window with a rectangular transom on the first story and another fixed window on the second story, each flanked by original, one-over-one, double-hung sash. The second-story side (east) elevation windows are original, one-over-one, double-hung sash. A once open-air, offset, one-story porch is nested in the ell and is now enclosed. The porch has a flat roof and flanks the front (south) facade of the main house. The porch features several replacement sliding windows and an entryway consisting of a replacement glass storm door with a modern fanlight and sidelights. Northeast of the main house is a small shed constructed c.1900. It is of frame construction and covered in clapboard with minimal stickwork detailing. Northwest of the shed is a two-car garage constructed c.1950. It is of frame construction and cladded in vinyl siding with minimal stickwork with two garage-style doors.
