Featuring an exceptional complex and articulated metal cornice, the two-story Potter Building has retained the corbeled triangular pediment shaped windows and the cast iron pilasters framing the entrance door. Constructed in 1885 by W.E. Potter, the Potter Building, now altered on the ground floor, is an unusually elaborate example of a small two-story commercial structure.
