| Additional Comments | This structure contributes to the significance of the Appleton City Park Historic District under Criterion C as a representative example of a late Queen Anne style house that, in spite of the significant alterations, contributesto maintaining the period of character of the streetscape. The carriage house in the rear side yard is a fine example of a 1890's domestic accessory structure that contributes to the historic feel of the City Park neighborhood. The main house has been altered by the removal of a uniform cladding of vinyl siding. |
