| Additional Comments |
This two story Italianate styled house features a rectangular shaped plan configuration, a stone and brick foundation, a brick exterior, a wood trim, and an asphalt shingled hipped roof. Centered on the roof is a cupola with eaves which mimic those of the main roof. Windows were once set within segmental arched openings. These openings are now covered. The small, two story porch is open on the first story and enclosed on the second. Exposed rafter ends appear beneath the eaves of the porch roof in the second story. The residence is in good condition. James Sheriffs was the original owner of this dwelling, built in 1868. [A, B]. |
