| Additional Comments | 2026; This two-story Queen Anne-styled residence was constructed circa 1910. The relatively symmetrical footprint has a rockface foundation, narrow gauge wood clapboard siding, and a front gable roof with return eaves clad in asphalt shingles. The roof hosts a centered brick chimney stack and a pair of gable dormers reflected bilaterally across the main gable peak. Eave lines are accented in simple frieze band. The front gable face hosts a one-story full-width hip roof porch supported by doric columns and a wide entablature. Two single replacement sashes in wood frames with lipped lintels are above the porch roof and under the eave returns. A wood frame Palladian window accents the gable face peak. Windows elsewhere are primarily single replacement sashes in wood frames; at the gabled dormers, they’re paired. A full-height window bay is at the side. A one-story full-width porch is partially enclosed at the rear. A detached garage is at the north. It has vinyl siding, a paneled door with chamfered corners, and a front gable roof clad in asphalt shingles. |
