| Additional Comments | This 1 1/2 story Craftsman style house is accented with a large porch/balcony on the East side of the primary facade. It is decorated with some elements of Neo-Colonial detail including a semicircular roof protecting the entry and upper window sash glazed with small lights. This well maintained house is a good example of the dominant later style within the District and, as such, contributes to its architectural significance. Sanborn Perris Map Data for this area is not available prior to 1928. |
