Additional Comments This two and one-half story house has a steeply-pitched intersecting gable roof with broad gables that have been shingled. The rest of the house is covered with clapboards. Windows are generally single-light double-hung sashes. In the broad front gable there is a pair of round-arched single-light sash windows set into a wooden reveal. The front porch has a deck roof, turned posts, and a bracketed frieze.

This house is a good example of a simple variation of the Queen Anne style.

This was the home of Ernest and Jeanette Perry between 1909 and 1942. Ernest Perry was the Cashier, later president, of the First National Bank.

Initial research indicates that the occupants of this house are not historically significant.
