Additional Comments
A 'site file' exists for this property. It contains additional information such as correspondence, newspaper clippings, or historical information. It is a public record and may be viewed in person at the Wisconsin Historical Society, State Historic Preservation Office. "In 1866, L.T. Pullen bought this home from Dr. Wm. Quivey, then one of the finest in the city. Mr. Pullen was President of the Bank of Evansville, first bank organized in 1870. The home is hip roofed with scroll brackets. Note "straight arch" windows, pilastered door, and projecting bay. Gas fixtures were lit by their own unique gas generating system."
