Additional Comments	This two story Queen Anne residence features a cut stone foundation, a clapboard and wood shingled exterior, and an asphalt shingled gable and hip roof. Appearing in the attic story are pedimented dormers; the front dormer has a round arch, and both have flaired eaves, pent roofs and wooden shingles. A three sided bay is visible at the side elevation,and an enclosed hip roofed porch is at the front. The residence is intact and in poor condition..
