KARRELS BUILDING CO. WAS THE BUILDER. MAP CODE IS 0710-072-1809-5. "The Lynchs only owned this house one year. Jason Badeaux, a plumber, and his wife, Edith were the second owners. This charming house has flared eaves on the entrance pavilion. Oriented diagonally on the lot, this house originally faced the curve corner between Rogers and Rutledge Streets. This spacious home has typical exterior craftsman details: clapboarded with a brick-venereed base, bands of windows, hipped roof front former, and hipped roofed covered entry porch. The interior has a very open feel to it. The transition between rooms is very open and the halls are spacious. Notice the stylized fireplace and the beautiful oak and birch floors throughout the house."
