Additional Comments Sanborn-Perris maps show that this Astylistic Utilitarian form stock judging arena building was built between 1911 and 1922. The building has a concrete pad foundation and walls that are made out of hollow building tiles, hence its name.

1995- "The Astylistic Utilitarian form building now known as the Tile Arena was built between 1911 and 1922 to house livestock exhibits and sales. This building is 50-feet-square in plan, has a concrete pad foundation, walls built out of hollow building tiles, and it is sheltered by an asphalt shlngle-covered hip roof that is crowned by a wooden hlp-roofed monitor-like cupola. Wlndows on each elevation are meant to be opened only during the course ot the fair and are otherwise covered with board panels. 'l'his building is in highly intact orig1nal condition and is a contributing resource in the district."
