Dinner menu offering American cuisine for a banquet honoring William Frederick Cody ("Buffalo Bill"), an American soldier, bison hunter, and showman. The dinner was hosted by his friend and business partner Dr. D. Frank Powell ("White Beaver"), at Cameron House in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This was one of the more famous banquets held at Cameron House, a luxury hotel that operated from 1879 until Christmas Eve of 1916, when it was destroyed by fire.
