Menu from Paisan's, an Italian restaurant in Madison, Wisconsin that operated from 1950 to 2022. The menu features illustrations, signed "Christensen," of an archway and tables and chairs in the restaurant's interior, ruins of classical columns, and vegetables. Menu options include: Salad, Dessert, Pasta, Pizza, Special Pizza, the Vegetarian Page, and the Grano Sandwich.
