Lapham School Halloweem Party
At Lapham School, more than 800 costumed children and their parents attended one of the largest Halloween night parties held in Madison. Judges Roundy, and "Uncle Dick" of radio station WIBA, are shown (at right) puzzling over which of the Lapham School pupils in the garb of goblins and witches should be awarded prizes at the school's Halloween party. They were judges in the costume parade and presented 20 prizes for the best costumes. |
