A Merry Christmas Invitation
A die cut holiday card that has moving parts. When the string at the bottom is pulled, pictures of children appear and disappear. The image is of a decorated Christmas tree in a vase on a table with three children around it. A gold, die cut border is on all four sides. This card is actually an invitation. The text on the back reads: "The Misses and Masters Nash request the pleasure of the Misses Fairchild's company on Christmas Eve, from four to eight o'clock, 8 Ullet Road." Chromolithograph. |
