Valentine with Girl, Flowers and Arrows
Valentine's Day card of three, die cut pieces. On top is a little girl inside of orchid leaves and blossoms. She is wearing a long white dress and a headband. Behind her are two crossed pink and metallic gold arrows. Glued on the upper right arrow fletching is a tiny folded letter that opens to show the message: "Cupid Cottage. My Dear Friend, just one little line, 'Good morrow, I Love You' Valentine, Feb. 14th." Chromolithograph, embossed and die cut. |
