Salesman at Fair
A large crowd has gathered to hear a carnival barker sell bottles of something at the Wisconsin Centennial Exposition. Cure-all-pills? Snake-oils? No sign is visible, so the contents of the product remains unknown. There are at least two people in the audience with their hands raised as if to suggest the product is valuable to them and that they would possibly like to purchase one, or that they would like to come up on the stage and be part of a demonstration of the products curative powers. In the background a banner for "The Fastest And Funniest Show On Ice" can be seen, as well a small silo and a large permanent structure associated with the State Fairgrounds. |
