Three Children with Bikes
Two children with a tricycle and a bicycle, and one boy in a Mexican cowboy costume, pose at the edge of the street in front of a home, next to a mailbox. There is another tricycle behind the boy who is waving at the photographer. The bikes are decorated for the Fourth of July. Dwellings can be seen in the background. Michael A. Faber (b. 1957) is the boy waving. His brother Peter W. Faber (1959-2007) wears a Mexican cowboy costume, originally worn by his father Robert E. Faber (b. 1933) in 1938. Their neighbor Mary Ann Heasley stands behind Michael. They are in front of the Faber home at 5706 Dogwood Place, Madison, Wisconsin. |
