Jesus Salas at Industrial Commission Hearing
Jesus Salas, seated at left, is with workers at one of six Industrial Hearings in Wisconsin. The Waushara County Courthouse hearing discussed the issue of paying minimum wages to migrant farm workers. Strikes, rallies and marches in Wisconsin were organized by the Obreros Unidos, an independent farm worker labor union effort in the 1960s.
