Former driver license examiner. Vietnam veteran, 2 tours; paratrooper and Green Beret, 6th Special Forces, Fort Bragg, NC, 1965-68 ["Musser, a former paratrooper, acknowledged that although he was attached to the Special Forces unit in Fort Bragg, he never completed Special Forces training. He said, however, that because he was attached to the unit, he qualified to wear the signature green beret during his time at Fort Bragg." - Capital Times, Madison, March 27, 2007].
