Teacher in Clintonville High School 1923-25, and Univ. High School, Madison 1925-26; teacher of music in La Crosse Central High School 1927-42, and of U.S. history and social problems since 1942. Past Pres. La Crosse Musicians' Assn.; director of La Crosse Concert Band when organized in 1931 and continuously since 1939. Elected to Assembly in 1960; re-elected 1962, 1964 and 1966. Chairman Assembly Education Com. and co-chm. jt. interim Com.; member Public Welfare Corn, and (t. interim Com., and Taxation Com.; mbr.
