Thomas Pecore Weso is an enrolled member of the Menominee Indian Nation of Wisconsin and author of Good Seeds: A Menominee Indian Food Memoir. He is the author of many articles and personal essays and coauthored a biography of Langston Hughes. Weso holds a Master's degree in Indigenous Studies from the University of Kansas and teaches at Kansas City Kansas Community College. He is a speaker for a Kansas Humanities Council library program and copublisher of Mammoth Publications. His art has also been featured at the Hutchinson Arts Center, among other venues.
