On Wednesday, June 13 the Wisconsin Historical Society will be hosting an open house and meet and greet with Christian Overland, the new Ruth and Hartley Barker Director of the Wisconsin Historical Society at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center in Ashland at 10:30 am. This event gives invited guests and the public a chance to meet Christian and hear about his goals moving forward for the Wisconsin Historical Society; including how the Society can reach and directly impact the people living in northern Wisconsin and beyond.
