June 20, 2018 - Happy Hour To Celebrate the New Wisconsin Historical Museum Exhibit "Flavor of Wisconsin"

June 20, 2018 - Happy Hour To Celebrate the New Wisconsin Historical M | Wisconsin Historical Society
This summer the Wisconsin Historical Society will be celebrating the flavors that connect us to our diverse heritage through a new exhibit at the Wisconsin Historical Museum titled, "Flavor of Wisconsin."  To kick off this summer celebration, the Wisconsin Historical Museum will be hosting a special happy hour on Tuesday, June 26 from 5:00-7:00 pm to open the new exhibit. This event is free and open to the public.

Guests will explore the history of food and eating in the Badger State while enjoying food and drink provided by Wisconsin producers. Through artifacts, images, and authentic archival pieces from the collections of the Wisconsin Historical Society discover how the foods we produce and the recipes we share make us who we are.

Participating vendors at the event will include, Bee Barf, Dairy Farmers of Wisconsin, Klarbrunn, Lake Louie Brewing, The Maple Dude, Metcalfe's Market, Old Sugar Distillery, Sassy Cow Creamery and more.
