Head out to Old World Wisconsin this weekend for an old-fashioned 1870's base ball game on Saturday, July 7th at 1:30 pm. Experience our National Pastime as it existed just after the Civil War. Watch the Eagle Diamonds Base Ball Club cross bats with an opposing nine, then guests can take the field to swing a replica bat or play the field. Remember, no gloves allowed! What: Historic Base Ball Game Where: Old World Wisconsin, W372 S9727 Wisconsin 67, Eagle, WI 53119 When: Saturday, July 7, 2018 Time: Baseball game starts at 1:30 pm Historic base ball at Old World Wisconsin is the full re-creation of the 1870’s game, including the field, equipment, rules and terminology. Following the game, guests of all ages can take a swing with a replica bat, run the bases or play the field. Wisconsin Historical Society members receive free admission to Old World Wisconsin and all Wisconsin Historical Society historic sites and museums across the state. The price of admission for Old World Wisconsin is: adults (18-64) $19; children (5-17) $10; seniors (65 & older) $16; family pass (up to 2 adults and all children up to age 17) $50. All events will be held during Old World Wisconsin’s normal operating hours: 10 am – 5 pm.
