May 30, 2019 - State Historic Preservation Office to Present National Register Plaques Tonight

May 30, 2019 - State Historic Preservation Office to Present National | Wisconsin Historical Society

Tonight during a special ceremony at the Best Place at the Pabst from 5:30-8:30 pm (ceremony starts at 6:15 pm), the State Historic Preservation Office through the Wisconsin Historical Society will present National Register Plaques to the 16th Street Viaduct in Milwaukee, the Lloyd Barbee House and St. Matthew Christian Methodist Episcopal Church. They will also present a State Register certificate to the Jones-Hill House. The event is in conjunction with the city of Milwaukee. Please join us for the event and there will be interview opportunities with the State Historic Preservation Office.
