Gas Stations in Wisconsin

When automobiles were new, gasoline was at first delivered by horse and wagon like coal. About 1915, the first curbside gas pumps and underground storage tanks appeared in Wisconsin, and over the next decade the "service station" became a common fixture in most cities and towns.
