Funds for Storefront Revitalization: Facade Grants
Milwaukee Department of City Development
The Milwaukee Facade Grant program provides financial and business assistance to businesses and commercial property owners interested in renovating the street faces of their buildings. The program was established by DCD to increase the physical appearance of Milwaukee’s commercial areas.
There are currently three grant programs available; the City Wide Facade Grant Program, the City Wide Signage Grant Program, and the Downtown Facade Grant Program.
