(Rep.), born Colorado Springs, Colo., Dec. 4, 1934. Wisconsin resident since 1935; attended Delavan public schools and Univ. of Wisconsin. Business-man; former plant manager for manufacturing company. Served in Army 1953-55. Vice president Delavan Sportsman Club; member of Elks. Delavan alderman 1959-61, chairman health and license Com., member civil defense Com., finance, insurance, fire and police corns. Elected to Assembly in 1960, re-elected 1962 and 1964; elected to Senate 1966. Member Joint Com. on Finance (also 1963); served on Assembly Labor Com. and Contingent Expenditures Com. (1965); member Governor's Committee on Wis. Water Resources; in 1963 was vice-chm. Assembly Enrolled Bills Com.; served on Municipalities Com.; in 1963-65 interim served on Legislative Council's Education Com. Resigned August 9, 1967. Mailing address: Route 2, Box 454, Delavan 53115. 15th Senatorial District: Assembly Districts Rock 1st and 3rd, Walworth. (Blue Book 1968) . Died September 1971 as a result of injuries sustained in a motorcycle accident at Lake Geneva, Wisconsin, leaving three children, Erik, Tamara and Karl.
