(Rep.), born Elcho, Jan. 20, 1915. Educated Elcho grade and high schools; studied at River Falls State College, University of Minnesota and Loyola University. A fur farmer, Mr. Dailey has been in this occupation for 21 years. He is a member of the Lions Club. Mr. Dailey has served as village president of Elcho and for 12 years has been a member of its school board. He was elected to the Assembly in 1962. Mr. Dailey serves on the Assembly Committee on Conservation and on the Assembly Committee on State Affairs. Home address: Route 1, Elcho. (Blue Book 1964)
