Mohawk doctor; ran successful clinic in Philadelphia, came to Wisconsin in 1905 to run a farm after marriage to Oneida Charles Hill; practiced medicine again after Charles' death, received Wisconsin Medical License in 1934, made a member of Oneida tribe in 1947
